Chin-up phases fitness program.

Here are a few stages of chin-up fitness program.

A trainer can not do together:

Phase 1-2 weeks. Use both hands on the grip or reverse grip chin-up job for 50, unlimited number of groups; barbell rowing four groups 12; one week training again. Each hand grip day 2000.

Stage 3-6 weeks. The use of both hands are holding a narrower grip at least 50 ways to do pull-ups, limited number of groups; barbell rowing four groups 12; one week training again. Each hand grip day 2000. Usually in the first 4-5 weeks you can start one up.



Stage 7-8 weeks. Make full use of the normal position 50 chin-ups, limited number of groups; barbell rowing four groups 12; one week training again. Each hand grip day 2000. After eight weeks training can generally obtain the standard capacity position 3.

One also could not find a larger weight trainer:

First stage: ibid. + Barbell deadlift 4 groups 12.

Second stage: ibid. + Barbell deadlift 4 groups 12.


Phase III: ibid. + Barbell deadlift 4 groups 12. Usually eight weeks 2-4 trainers available capacity.

Within only start five trainers:

Phase 1-2 weeks. Make full use of the normal position 50, limited number of groups, and finally exhausted when leveraging; dumbbell arm rowing four groups 12; one week training again. Grip under the 1000 daily right hand.

Stage 3-6 weeks. Ditto + barbell deadlift three group 10.

Stage 7-8 weeks. Make full use of the normal position 50, limited number of groups, try not to leveraging; Roman chair to stand three group 10; one week training again. Grip right hand a 1000 next day. Generally available 7-8 trainer's ability.


Within only start five big weight trainer:

Phase 1-2 weeks. Make full use of the normal position 50, limited number of groups, which may eventually leveraging; dumbbell arm rowing three group 10; barbell deadlift three group 10; each hand grip day 2000.

Stage 3-6 weeks. With the first phase (to grip under 3000 per day)

Stage 7-8 weeks. Deadlift 3 groups 10; barbell rowing three group 10; chin-up standard posture 30, limited number of groups; each hand grip day 2000. Generally eight weeks after the trainer's ability to obtain 7-8.

The trainer can start 6-10:

Phase 1-2 weeks. Make full use of the normal position 50, limited number of groups, not leveraging; Roman chair to stand four groups 12; barbell rowing four groups 12; high pulley down four groups 12.

Stage 3-6 weeks. With the first stage + grip under the 1000 daily right hand.

Stage 7-8 weeks. With the first phase of + a day each hand grip 2000. General trainers available capacity of about 12.

6-10 can start a big weight trainer:

Phase 1-2 weeks. Barbell Deadlift 3 groups 10; barbell rowing three group 10; Arm Dumbbell Row 3 groups 10; high pulley down three group 10; Roman chair to stand three groups of 10.

Able to complete more than 10 trainers (all weight):

Phase 1-2 weeks. Chin-up 50 is not the number of packets, do not leveraging; barbell deadlift 5 groups 5; barbell rowing five groups 5; hands on the grip pulldown 4 sets 12; high pulley down four group 12;

Stage 3-6 weeks. Chin-up 50 is not the number of packets, do not leveraging; barbell deadlift 5 groups 5; barbell rowing four groups 12; high pulley down four groups 12; grip day 2000.

Stage 7-8 weeks. Chin-up 50 is not the number of packets, do not leveraging; barbell rowing four groups 12; barbell front squat 10 group 3; high pulley down four groups 12; generally at least two trainers can improve the ability.
